What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Des Moines area. Travel is free within 10 miles. For locations 11–20 miles away, a $10 travel fee applies. For 21–30 miles, a $20 travel fee applies. If you're more than 30 miles out, please contact us directly so we can work something out.

How long does a detail take?

Timing depends on the package and vehicle size. An Exterior Detail typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours. An Interior Detail runs about 2–3 hours. A Full Detail can take 3–5 hours. Add-on services like engine bay cleaning or headlight restoration will add time. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.

Do I need to be home during the detail?

You don't need to be present the entire time, but we do ask that someone is available at the start to confirm the vehicle and service details. After that, you're free to go about your day — we'll notify you when we're done.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website on the Appointments page. Select your service, vehicle type, any add-ons, your address, and a preferred date and time. A small deposit is required to secure your spot — $25 for Exterior or Interior packages, and $40 for the Full Detail.

Why is a deposit required?

The deposit reserves your time slot and covers our scheduling costs. It is applied toward the total cost of your service — it's not an extra charge. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the detail.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. The deposit is collected online at the time of booking, and the remaining balance can be paid by card or cash on the day of service.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand things come up — just reach out as soon as possible.

What's the difference between the packages?

The Exterior Detail focuses on the outside — hand wash, wheel cleaning, tire dressing, window cleaning, and exterior trim. The Interior Detail covers everything inside — vacuuming, surface wipe-down, window cleaning, and odor treatment. The Full Detail combines both for a complete transformation inside and out, and includes additional paint and protection steps.

Add-ons can be selected during the booking process.

Why is the price higher for SUVs and trucks?

Larger vehicles simply require more time, product, and effort to detail properly. SUVs and trucks have more surface area, larger interiors, and often more complex wheel wells and trim. The price difference reflects the additional labor and supplies needed to deliver the same quality result.

Can you remove pet hair from my vehicle?

Yes — our Pet Hair Removal add-on is specifically designed for heavy pet hair buildup. It involves specialized tools and techniques to lift embedded hair from seats, carpets, and floor mats. We recommend pairing it with a Seat Shampoo or Carpet Shampoo for the best results.

How should I prepare my vehicle before the appointment?

Just make sure we have access to the vehicle and a nearby water source if possible (a standard outdoor spigot works great). Remove any valuables, personal items, or anything you'd prefer not to have moved. The more accessible the interior, the faster and more thorough we can be.

Do you need access to water and electricity?

For most services, access to a standard outdoor water spigot is helpful but not always required — we carry water on board for many jobs. We do not typically require electricity. If you have any concerns about access at your location, just let us know when booking.

What if it rains on my appointment day?

Light rain usually isn't a problem for interior-only services. For exterior work, we may need to reschedule if heavy rain is expected — we want your vehicle to look its best and won't rush through a detail in poor conditions. We'll reach out ahead of time if weather looks like an issue.
